Keyah Enterprises is a licensed real estate broker and the exclusive broker for Sackman rental properties. The company represents properties in Manhattan, Brooklyn, the Bronx, Queens, and New Jersey. Keyah also brokers commercial rentals and sale properties.
Keyah representatives are ready to show all available properties, and keys for most properties can be obtained by brokers at Keyah’s Upper West Side office. Open houses for most properties are held on Saturdays and Sundays. All potential residents of Sackman rental properties must complete an application.

Sackman Enterprises provides

rental portfolio. Sackman began operations more than 30 years
ago, first restoring historic brownstones on Manhattan’s Upper
West Side. Today, Sackman continues to rehabilitate historic
buildings, and also develops new construction properties that
incorporate traditional “Old World” features.

portfolio includes properties in Manhattan, as well as Brooklyn, the Bronx, Queens, and New Jersey. In addition to projects in the greater New York metropolitan area, Sackman also develops and manages unique properties in the Carolinas, Colorado, and the Turks and Caicos
